Terms of Service and License
By creating a membership on our website or licensing our software, the user is deemed to have accepted the provisions of this agreement. All intellectual property rights over the services provided belong exclusively to NSA Teknoloji. The access granted to the user consists solely of a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
Pricing and Billing
Service fees, billing periods (monthly/annual) and license packages are clearly stated on the relevant product pages or in dedicated agreements. Prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by law. Payments are collected by credit card, debit card or bank transfer/EFT.
Cancellation and Refund Conditions
Most of the services provided by NSA Teknoloji constitute instantly performed digital content, access to a cloud-based SaaS platform, or a software license key. Refund processes within this scope are handled according to the following principles.
Limitation of the Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers do not have a right of withdrawal for contracts concerning services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. Accordingly, there is no standard right of withdrawal or refund for activated SaaS memberships, activated license keys or completed API usage.
Technical Malfunction and Defective Service
If the purchased software or SaaS platform fails to deliver its committed core functions, and a chronic technical fault attributable to NSA Teknoloji is not resolved within a reasonable time (7 business days), the user must notify us in writing at info@nsasoft.com.tr . If the review confirms that the technical malfunction could not be resolved, the fees for the unused period will be refunded.
Subscription Cancellations
For periodic (monthly/annual) subscription models, the user may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing period. The user continues to benefit from the service until the end of the cancelled period; however, no partial refund is issued for past or current periods.
Refund Process and Reimbursement
If a refund request is approved by our Company, the corresponding amount, if paid by credit card, is refunded to the card used within 7–10 business days. For payments made by bank transfer, the refund is made to the user's registered bank account (IBAN). NSA Teknoloji cannot be held responsible for delays arising from banking processes.
