Advanced Data and Audio Analytics
When the audio analysis, data processing, transcription or AI modules within NSA Teknoloji products are running, the raw inputs uploaded to the system (audio files, texts, documents) are processed solely to complete the relevant analysis function.
Access Restriction
Operational data, customer records or audio/text files you upload to our systems are strictly confidential. Our staff cannot access your data except in mandatory scenarios such as technical support or system maintenance.
AI Models
For the AI and machine learning models we use, we rely on API integrations with the necessary enterprise privacy layers to ensure that our users' sensitive data is never leaked out for the training of general-purpose cloud models.
Data Retention and Permanent Deletion
Users can permanently delete the data, files or analysis outputs they have uploaded to our systems at any time via the panel. Data deleted by the user is completely and irrecoverably erased from our servers once the backup cycles are complete. Upon membership cancellation, all operational data is destroyed except for financial and logistics records that must be retained by law.
