Your Personal Data Processed and How It Is Collected
Depending on your relationship with our Company, the following data may be processed, wholly or partly through automated means, via website forms, membership registrations, software integrations or license agreements:
Identity and Contact Information
First and last name, Turkish national ID number, company title, phone number, email address, billing and delivery address.
Customer Transaction and Financial Information
Order and license history, request/complaint content, invoice information and payment channels. Card details are never stored; an intermediary payment institution's infrastructure is used instead.
Transaction Security and Technical Data
IP address, log records, access dates, browser and device information, and cookie records.
In-App Special Data
Any data, text or documents uploaded by users to the platforms we develop, as well as audio data processed with user consent in speech-processing modules — voice recordings, audio analysis and transcription data.
Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes within the conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
Establishment and Performance of a Contract — KVKK Art. 5/2-c
Licensing the software products offered via nsasoft.com.tr, establishing membership on SaaS platforms, operating technical support processes and maintaining service quality.
Legal Obligations — KVKK Art. 5/2-ç
Invoicing, financial obligations, and responding to information requests from authorized public bodies.
Legitimate Interest — KVKK Art. 5/2-f
Ensuring our Company's cybersecurity, detecting system errors, and optimizing our software to improve user experience.
Explicit Consent — KVKK Art. 5/1
Advanced analysis functions, use of audio/data processing engines, marketing, newsletter distribution and optional third-party integrations.
Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to the purposes described above, your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with applicable legislation, to our business partners, our cloud and server infrastructure providers, secure domestic or international servers depending on the nature of the service used, our financial advisors, and legally authorized public institutions and organizations. Your data is never sold to third parties for commercial gain.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to our Company to learn whether your data is being processed, request information if it is, and request its deletion or correction. You can submit your requests in writing to info@nsasoft.com.tr or to our Company's physical address.
