How Do I Delete My Account in the App?
In Warbly you can permanently delete your account and all your data from within the app in a few taps.
1. Open Settings
In Warbly, tap the gear icon in the bottom menu to open the Settings (“Ayarlar”) screen.
2. Tap “Hesabı Sil” (Delete Account)
Tap the “Hesabı Sil” row in the Account section.
3. Confirm
In the warning that opens, press “Hesabımı ve tüm verilerimi kalıcı olarak sil” (Permanently delete my account and all my data).
What Is Deleted When I Delete My Account?
After you confirm, the following are deleted from our servers immediately. This action CANNOT BE UNDONE; deleted data cannot be recovered.
Your account record
Name, e-mail, profile picture link, Google/Apple account ID and (if any) the Apple refresh token.
All your content
Tasks, subtasks, notes, tags, recurrence rules, tracker values and items in the trash.
Your sessions
Sessions on all devices are signed out.
If I No Longer Have Access to the App
If you can no longer use the app (you changed phones, uninstalled it, etc.), you can request deletion of your account and data by writing to info@nsasoft.com.tr.
Send your message from the e-mail address of the Google or Apple account you used to sign in to Warbly and write “Warbly account deletion” as the subject. If you signed in with Apple’s private e-mail address, mention it in the message. We may ask for additional information to verify that the account is yours.
Your request is processed within 30 days at the latest and you are notified by e-mail.
Deleting Data Without Deleting My Account
You can delete your content without deleting your account:
Deleting tasks and tags
You can delete tasks or tags one by one.
Trash
Deleted tasks go to the trash first. In the trash you can delete them permanently with the delete icon on each row (two-tap confirmation) or with “Tümünü Temizle” (Clear all). The trash is not emptied automatically.
Deleting by command
A voice or text command such as “delete all tasks” does not delete tasks permanently; it moves them to the trash. Use the trash to delete permanently.
History list
You can delete the “History” list on your device with “Tümünü Temizle” on the History screen.
Data That May Be Kept for a While After Deletion
Backups
In the regular server backups, data belonging to your account disappears within 30 days at the latest after you delete the account.
Local data on your device
Local data such as preferences and the History list stored on your device is not deleted from the server; it is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
AI and sign-in providers
Voice recordings and command text sent to OpenAI, Google and Groq are subject to those providers’ own policies (see https://www.nsasoft.com.tr/en/legal/warbly-privacy). If you signed in with Google, you can remove Warbly’s access to your account in your Google Account settings under Security, in the third-party apps and services section; if you signed in with Apple, you can remove it in your Apple ID settings under “Sign in with Apple”.
